I chatted with a rep for hours a few nights ago about all sorts of issues with an order after adding a line and buying a phone for the new line. She finally opened a ticket to cancel the order, but the phone had already shipped.
As advised, I refused delivery of the phone today. Now I can't figure out where to check the ticket to see if the order has been cancelled. What is the link for checking ticket status?
