After the recent experience with my apple watch purchase and phone upgrade, I am regretting doing so. The in store rep lied about the $700 rebate. The chat reps and the cancellation manager were the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. They are telling me to just switch to another provider. AT&T and T-Mobile are both offering better incentives to drop Verizon.($1,000.00 to switch and a free apple watch). ....and their service is way cheaper than verizon. After 20 years as a Verizon customer it is time to call it quits. I am tired of all the lies, the bait and switch, the p*ss poor customer service and the random billing errors that seem to happen multiple times a year. Verizon "We put the customer last, ALWAYS!"
