I bought my daughter a refurbished iPhone X from Verizon and enrolled in the total protection plan because I was told that it would cover anything from damage to loss or even theft. A week later she drops it and the glass back fractures. At that moment I was so glad that I had enrolled in the plan. When I filled the claim is when I found out that there was a $229 deductible for a replacement phone. This was 2/3 of the cost of the phone!!! I feel like I was totally mislead! This was so disappointing considering how much I pay Verizon every month!
