I have sent my trade-in phone through UPS over a week ago and have continued getting emails saying my trade is has not been delivered and that I have 10 days. I will contact UPS to see what the issue is on their end, but want to make sure I still get the trade-in credit promised.

Ok, no worries. As long as it's in our warehouse, it can take a little time for it to be assessed. Once the assessment takes place, they add the credits to the account. That's why we always inform you that it can take 1-2 bill cycles for the credits to show up on the account. Since it's only been a week, I'm sure you're good.
