hey, so im trying to trade in my phone for a newer one. Ive had this phone for 3 weeks and just want an upgrade. Will they take it even if theres a crack in the screen. Its still functions and everything. its just near the top by the speaker

ehite2000, I can always get wanting to get a new device. To get a better understanding of what you're looking to do, are you hoping to trade-in your device for a current promotion, and get a value for it? Or are you talking about turning the device in to get an early upgrade, and end your current Device Payment Agreement?
