Trade in credit issue

I traded in two phones, one st the store one shipped.  Credit was supposed to be $800 per phone.  It’s been months, multiple phone calls, chats, and store visits.  No one at Verizon helps me nor do they care.  They stole my phones and now I pay more and why to be lied to and bait and switch.  I hope someone is doing a class action.  I’m thinking of reporting the stolen devices to the police this is crazy.  Give me my credit!  Honor the agreement and promotional.   I’m leaving as a customer as soon as my contract allows.  As well as selling all my Verizon stock.  And I’ve been a customer for 20 years.  Horrible customer service.
