Traded in 4 phones of which 2 I received the credit, but the other two still have not. They were all sent at the same time and verified by the shipping company they were all received by. Verizon on the same day.
How do I find out what is going on on the remaining two phones which I am waiting for my trade in amount to be credited to my account?
the web site still says no updates for 5 weeks.
