I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Trying to get trade in values in competition with other companies in the market. Verizon promised several times they would match it every single time I ordered the device the trade in were cancelled and the representative who made the promises disappear. Countless hours on the phone and chat but no resolution. Beware of what they tell you on the phone there is probably no chance of getting those deals. If you are ok with the online deals they your account only count On those. Nobody will help uphold promises made by reps on the phone. I have tried everything from getting text message proof to try making future scheduled calls. They will not uphold their promise. Very disappointing experience.
