I have a multitude of issues that have happened over the past year. I’ll start with the latest

traded in my apple iPad Air towards my new Apple Watch, I know it takes a bit but when I check the order update it says not turned in, I called and it was confirmed they received it and it shows proof of delivery at the facility I was told don’t worry but then just received and email saying my trade in is canceled because they never received the trade in. I’ll call again but it’s a minimum of 60 minutes on the phone.

issue number two I purchased two Apple Watches on a “bogo” aka $150 off, one was an ultra watch back order I place a down payment of which I had the money in my account, and it kept telling me to update payment it failed. However I couldn’t updated it over a week of calls and messing around to speak to a higher up manager that blamed my bank and not Verizon, he called me back unfortunately I couldn’t answer and had no way of calling I said forget about it so the second order canceled and I lost out on $150 off and the other  part is the watch I got was eligible for $100 off but because it was under the other promo and it canceled, nothing because the other order would not let me update the payment and Verizons solution was to cancel the order and place it again or wait it out to see if it sends.It was back ordered so it would have pushed it out longer but then when I called on the date it was to send they said yea it’s not going to then stated that the promo was no longer offered.

and the last issue was I purchased a bogo iPhone 13 Pro opened a new line for the other it showed the credited amount on approximately 2/6/22 showed All the correct infor, everything got sent perfect. The following day I decided to trade my iPhone in for the promo of $700 off a new iPhone 14 pro max again when I signed everything it showed me the credits etc. well a few billing cycles went through and I called not seeing the bogo credit on  the new line. After multiple weeks and months of calling i spoke to a representative who told me I’m getting the bogo credit on the line I traded for the $700 off at that point I quit.

however now all this has added up I spend a boat load on Verizon I’ve been a customer since 16, I’m now 33. What is going on with you Verizon?! For the money I spend with you I should have better customer service and support! I know I’m not the only one with these problems I’ve seen multiple posts and questions on all sorts of forums across the internet and your website.

I do all the time and I’m told to call. I’m filing a complaint with the FCC at this point.
