Transferring Contact info

Sorry everyone I know people have already posted info on transferring....My wife's Blackberry Tour will not download the VZW back up assistant.

Is there any other way to transfer her contacts to an the iphone 4s...It's our first iphones.

FYI my blackberry transferred them with no problem!

If you use the BlackBerry Desktop Manager  then you can easily sync the contacts from the BB to the computer (or directly to iTunes...I can't remember if it does it that way or if iTunes syncs from whatever program you use to manage contacts, such as Outlook). Since I no longer have BB Manager on my computer I can't look at the menu to see it, but I know that the process is quick and easy. You can also use Google Sync but I'm not familiar with that process.
