Traveling in Puerto Rico and can't use my phone

Hi guys,

In Puerto Rico traveling and even though my phone should work, it doesn't.

Not sure if I have to turn the roaming on but even if i do, nothing happens........

Any ideas?

I know the importance of staying connected while traveling! What model is your phone? Are you getting specific error messages?
