Have you turned OFF the Wifi-Assist?  That will automatically switch to the "best" signal, and if it isn't your wifi it will use your cellular data.  Turn wifi assist off to stay on wifi.

Being able to connect to WIFI is one of the best features of any device. Let's figure out what is going on with yours! What is the make and model of your phone? Did you recently do an update? When did you notice this start to happen?
