Hello
Back in September, I upgraded my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14. When my 14 arrived he came with a padded envelope to send the phone back. I put my 13 in the envelope sealed it and drop it off at the UPS store. I saved the drop-off receipt and tracking number.

The phone never arrived at Verizon. Tracking says “On the Way”
Its not 120 days past that and the tracking is no longer available. I am not able to make a claim with UPS as VERIZON is the Shipper.
I have been on hold so so so many times. I have to re-explain the issue each time. I am then put on hold. I request a supervisor – wait forever and am disconnected.
I have seen many posts about this issue – I am curious what others have done or if I am just stuck with the $550.00 bill
Please Help!
