Unable to add spouse to smart family

I have set up my wife as a account manager in our account. I signed up for the premium smart family and the only option choices are child or unassigned under her phone number. Went to the my Verizon app and attempted to change her role in the smart family and I get the same worthless options for her. With 6 kids I like the app because at bedtime the service stops including WiFi and are only only allowed to communicate with the numbers allowed to. App has great services except for the part where you cannot add a second parent! I need this resolved ASAP.
