I recently switched from my old iphone 6 to my other family members iphone 6, I went through the switch and activation from the Verizon website. The switch went well enough, but I am unable to use any cellular data. I tried calling someone and a voice message said that my phone was unable to authenticate, what to I need to do to get this resolved?
