I am unable to get UW to work on my phone. My wife has the same phone and we can be right next to each other, she gets UW, I only get 5g. I have replaced my SIM card twice with no luck. The last time I called they decided to try setting up my E-SIM and now it’s on my phone but still no UW.
I have done all the troubleshooting per the techs. I have reset my network settings, two sims, eSIM, I have cellular set to 5g auto, still it refuses to work. What else is there to do to fix this issue?

Was there a solution or is this a perpetual issue?

Do you and your wife both have the same service plan? Of the current plans, only Unlimited Ultimate and Unlimited Plus have 5G UW service; everyone else gets regular 5G. Also, if your phone is not a Verizon version, maybe it's just not showing the UW icon. Running a speed test in the same location using both your phone and your wife's phone when hers is showing 5G UW would tell you if that's the case. Only other thing I can think of is your account needs to be reprovisioned by a Verizon tech.
My bad, I didn't realize this is an older thread...hopefully the OP has gotten a resolution.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
