I am unable to get group text messages specifically when one of the messages or one of the phones is an android

I have the same problem with group messages involving android users. Since a few days back, some of the messages are missed. This is getting more frustrating as it’s not fixed even after doing the recommended solutions. I have an iPhone 14+.

We know that being able to get all your messages is important. If you have tried the following steps with no success we are sending a Private note so we can work together.
Ensure MMS Messaging and Group Messaging are enabled in Settings > Messages and that Send as SMS is also on. Check that cellular data is active, and consider restarting your iPhone or resetting network settings. For a persistent issue, try toggling MMS Messaging off and back on again after a restart, and ensure your iPhone's operating system and carrier settings are up to date.

Any resolution? I have the same issue w SMS texts. Don’t receive them and can’t send them. Have to call and have Tier 2 reprovsion/resync my messaging and it works for a few days then reverts. I have spent days of my life on this issue. It’s been going on since December 2024 and I get the runaround and no one can permanently fix it.
