Recently I am having problem in hearing voice calls. No sound comes through the call is in progress. Each time I have to reset the phone (turn off and turn on). This happened 3 / 4 times in the last week.
Any permanent solution?
Oh wow, we want to make sure that you can hear your conversations, Koteshr. I know that is a big part of conversating with someone. I would love to help and figure out what is going on. Has the device experienced any physical or moisture damage? Are you able to hear the caller after you restart your phone? What happens when you put the phone on speakerphone? AmberF_VZW
