Unable to send photos to Android phones with iPhone 12 Pro

I just recently switched to Verizon from AT&T to have better cell coverage in my region. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and since the switch, I've been unable to send photos through Messages to Android phone users, although I can send them regular text messages. I get the error message “MMS Messaging need to be enabled…” I checked my settings and MMS is enabled. Naturally, I have tried all the troubleshooting found on both Apple’s and Verizon’s help communities….my MMS messaging is turned on, my data is on and I have tried it with WiFi on, with WiFi off and have many combos of toggling MMS messaging on/off and then restarting the phone. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon tech support as well, who haven’t been able to solve the issue yet. The only thing I have not tried is a re-set of the Network Settings. Not crazy about this, as it will wipe all my WiFi passwords. Any other ideas on how to resolve this.

Hello, DeuxBraveChiens, we know it's important to be able to send MMS messages. We appreciate you reaching out and working with us on troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue. Since adjusting your settings etc has not worked yet, the next best steps will be to try resetting your Network Settings and potentially All Settings on your phone. I know it can take a bit of time to get back up with having to get your WiFi passwords back in your phone, however these resets can be very effective to get your phone back on track. However, before completing the reset, please double-check to ensure that your phone software is up-to-date. If it is not, please update your software first and see if that fixes the problem and then proceed with the reset(s) if needed.

Erased all network settings and I STILL have the error message "cannot send message".  I followed the steps recommended by Verizon, to  reset my iPhone (Erase All Content and Settings), but the problem still persists. I have been on all of the Apple support and community forums and the problem is NOT with my iPhone but with my carrier.  I really need a solution to this. MMS is turned but when I try to send photos OR when I try to send a group text I get the error "cannot send message".  I even have a problem exiting out of Messages after I have attempted to send an image to an Android user. The screen freezes and I have to re-start my phone to close that message. Here is a screen shot of the message I get....
