My service has been suspended due to non payment. Lost my job and was unable to make ends meet.
At this time of crisis, it is difficult to keep in touch with my elderly parents, as they are not tech savvy and can not access my emails. I’m trying to practice social distancing but I’m afraid I’ll be forced to step outside of my phone because I do not have phone service.

I called Verizon several times to help me with a payment plan and get my services restored. I was turned down every single time. I’m not a new customer. I’ve been with Verizon for over 5 years I believe.
And now I can’t rely on my favorite Company to assist me
