Hello Gazon_Poseyan. Thanks for reaching out about the Unlock phone request. The following is information about Device Unlocking Policies: https://www.verizon.com/support/device-unlocking-policy/
We would be happy to asssit further with a few more details. Where was the phone purchased? Do you have a current active Verizon account?

Hi
I have a similar issue, my prepaid Iphone 6S was purchased in 2019 in a Target store in Atlanta . I still have the bill and the box. Now after moving around all over the world , I discovered this cell phone again ! It seems locked to the Verizon network . How can I contact the right dept. to get this 5 year old device unlocked? It was never activated on the verizon network and remained in use for a little time purely as a wi-fi connected phone.
Thank you in advance!

Our unlock policy states that any device purchased from us will automatically unlock after 60 consecutive days of activation on our network. Since the device was not purchased from us, nor active on our network in an account that has your name on it, you will need to reach out to the original company it was purchased from.

If this iPhone 6S was never activated on Verizon, I doubt it can be unlocked at all now because the current device unlocking policy states you must use the phone on Verizon's network for at least 60 days and then it automatically unlocks. However, with it being purchased from a 3rd party vendor and also being an outdated phone which probably isn't compatible with current network technology, you're out of luck. I have read of numerous instances of 3rd party phones not unlocking because the purchase of the phone is not shown in your Verizon account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
