I want to ask why my mobile phone has been activated for 60 days and it has been a white list. Why didn't you unlock the operator for me?

Verizon devices are automatically unlocked after 60 days of being active on a Verizon Wireless account. Here is our unlocking policy: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy  ~Peter
