I ordered an IPhone 12pro Max 7/15/21. It’s supposed to be here today. However, I was informed via Verizon text that they would send shipping info as it came in and I’ve heard nothing. Over 400.00 spent upgrading the current phone because replacing a screen is 50.00 less than that and you’d expect to have an idea of when you’d receive the 1,300 PHONE that you ordered. Poor customer service reps have to listen to people fuss about a garbage company like verizon. I feel sorry for you guys.
