Since Verizon has such poop customer service and can’t seem to answer any on hold calls. I decided to post this publicly. Switching to Verizon was my worst decision I’m looking at $202.00 for the first month. I switched over to Verizon on the December 26 of 2023 I was scheduled to receive my IPhone 13 Pro on December 28 of 2023. But since my package was lost in the mail I didn’t receive it till January 8th and not only did I receive it late the screen was cracked. I couldn’t believe this . I refuse to pay my first bill because a quarter of the month I didn’t use my phone because I was waiting for it too be delivered in the mail . I switched over because I thought Verizon should have great service they have been around for years. I was wrong there customer service is just as poop  as my experience with Verizon.
