Updated phone - now no camera or flashlight

Updated software for iPhone 5s and now I've lost my camera & the flashlight. Any ideas how to get them back?

Backup on iTunes and then factory reset. If problem persist then factory reset without using your backup to rule out hardware.

Help is here for you Mindy7! I'm sorry to see that you have lost some applications. We will help you get through it. Have you made sure they aren't in any folders? If they aren't you can reload a previous back up. How long ago has your infor mation been backed up?
