According to the device overview page for my account my phone is eligible for an upgrade.
However, whenever I click on the 'Upgrade' or 'Upgrade Now' buttons I am lead to a blank page.
This issue has persisted for a week now.
Also, whenever I try to open any of the Support pages I am taken to a page that says, 'Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.'
