Hello - I am going to upgrade a line on my account with a trade-in promo credit. I would then like to swap phones with that line and that other line is also in the middle of a promo credit. Will both promotions carry over or will I end up paying the full monthly price for either or both lines?
Thanks

Hey, skiman12, that's great to hear that you're eligible for a trade-in offer for your upgrade. To make sure we're on the same page, are you asking if you will lose your trade-in offer by swapping devices on your account? If so, the answer is no, you don't have to worry about losing out on your offer if you activate another device on your number.

Lauren; thank for responding! I am looking to upgrade a line on my account that qualifies for a trade-in promotion. I then want to swap devices with another line on my account that is also on a trade-in promotion. I am concerned that I will lose one or both of the promotions by swapping devices.
I hope this helps!
Thanks

Hello, skiman12. Thank you for the clarification. With any device promotion, you have the option to use the device on any line on your account that it is connected to. As long as the line remains on the account and remains active, you can complete this transaction.

From what I've read in these forums, discounts aren't "stackable" and many have had a rude awakening with their next bill when they tried to take advantage of some "new" discount or switch things around. Would tread very carefully so you don't end up in a cluster you-know-what.
