I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and subscribed to the Apple One Individual plan on one of my lines. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Despite reaching out to both Apple and Verizon representatives multiple times, I have been unable to activate my Apple One plan. The process has been frustratingly unsuccessful, leaving me without access to features that I am actively paying for.
For over four days now, every attempt to activate Apple One has resulted in the message "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed, please try again later." This ongoing issue is causing significant inconvenience and has consumed numerous hours in futile discussions with both Verizon and Apple support.
I urge you to address this matter promptly, as the current situation contradicts the promised functionality of the plan/product. It is disheartening to encounter such challenges after choosing Verizon for its reliability and the seamless integration of Apple services.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

cdiamond47, we're sorry to learn of the issues you're experiencing with your Apple One plan. We definitely want to make sure that you have full access to the features and benefits of your service plan. To clarify, are you referring to activating the Apple One perk as shown here: https://www.verizon.com/support/apple-one-perk-activation-video/ Do you encounter the same issue when connected to Wi-Fi vs data? Also, are you attempting to complete this through the mobile app or through a PC?

Yes, I am trying to activate the Apple One Plan, it shows in my subscription but will not allow me to activate it. I have tried on my iphone 15 pro max, ipad, and Mac, I get the same error message everytime. I have also tried on wifi and disconnected from wifi and using cell service only. Nothing seems to work.

Thank you for clarifying those details with us, cdiamond47. I'm glad that it is showing your subscription, and we definitely want to help you get this activated ASAP. Are you able to share with us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? Can you also walk me through the steps you go through before this error message shows up?

Sure, I have tried sending the text message link from Verizon app. I also have tried going into the Settings, My Account, then subscriptions and clicking the get started link. Anything I do I get the error message attached in the image below.

Thank you for sharing this with us. If you try to activate the service through each individual app, are you able to do so?

Hi Freddy,
No, if I go into Music app and go to subscriptions, I see the Verizon Apple One but when I try to activate it, it takes me to the same spot and I get the same error message.

Soldier_Tx99, help is here as we want you to love your decision to be our customer. Thank you for this info. When a ticket is submitted, this means we need our network engineers to check the reason for why the activation issue is happening. Have you received any communication on the status of your ticket?

I also am having the same issues with activating my Apple One subscription. Once I receive the text from Verizon with the link to activate, I receive a message from Apple that says I need to upgrade my device (iPhone) to the latest OS before proceeding. It already is upgraded to it. I am at a standstill - help!
