I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and subscribed to the Apple One Individual plan on one of my lines. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Despite reaching out to both Apple and Verizon representatives multiple times, I have been unable to activate my Apple One plan. The process has been frustratingly unsuccessful, leaving me without access to features that I am actively paying for.
For over four days now, every attempt to activate Apple One has resulted in the message "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed, please try again later." This ongoing issue is causing significant inconvenience and has consumed numerous hours in futile discussions with both Verizon and Apple support.
I urge you to address this matter promptly, as the current situation contradicts the promised functionality of the plan/product. It is disheartening to encounter such challenges after choosing Verizon for its reliability and the seamless integration of Apple services.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

Iโm having the exact same issue as the original poster with Apple One saying it is pending activation after trying to upgrade it with a rep 3 days ago. Each call Iโm assured they fixed it but continues to have the same message in my account. Looking at my next bill it also adds in Apple perks I didn't subscribe to as they would be part of the Apple One subscription. Iโve spent hours in the phone with Verizon to resolve the this. Please help.

I have had the same issue for 3 weeks with no resolution. I am so tired of being on hold for hours and nothing is fixed. Last week Verizon transferred me to Apple Support and they said this is a Verizon issue.

Henra, we definitely want to make sure that you're able to activate your Apple One subscription. We would be more than happy to take a closer look into this, and help find out what's going on. To best assist, we'll be sending a Private Message.

Will Verizon fix this?? I need help!! Been on phone for hours over the last week with this issue! Had Apple Music through older Verizon plan, switched plan and took perk for Apple One but it wonโt verify! It says pending on the perk site and when Verizon sends me a link it says canโt verify phone number. Verizon sends me to Apple and Apple sends me to Verizon! Verizon had me sign up for a free trial for now to use the service but it will expire soon and then I will be paying through Apple and through Verizon subscription even though it isnโt working! Someone needs to fix ASAP

I certainly understand the urgency in getting this fixed, Aero13. I know I prefer the perk over paying for the service after a trial myself. It sounds like you're getting the text message, but its failing when trying to link Verizon to Apple ID. What happens if you try these steps:
Go to Settings > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > scroll until you see Verizon, and tap it. Do you see an option here to link or connect your subscription?

Having your perks working is always important. To clarify, you changed your plan recently as well? When did you originally set up Apple One?
