Use Verizon Phone as dial up modem.

I'm taking a trip to the Federated States of Micronesia. While I intend to buy a sim-card when we arrive in FSM, our plane makes a 2-hour stop in Majuro, on the Marshall Islands, You aren't always permitted to deplane and enter the terminal.. Neither location (FSM nor MAJ) has any Verizon data services available.
I'm hoping to get some work done on the flight and would really like to be able to connect to the internet for maybe 5-10 minutes while on the ground at Majuro to upload some work and download some text items.
Back in the early 2000s, Verizon used to offer a Quick-to-net data option. Rather than having a data plan, you used your voice minutes and connected to a dial-up service. (unlimited voice plans were non-existent back then). I also was able to do this with my old Nextel.
Is it even possible to do this today, and if so, can it be done with a Verizon phone? I currently have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but believe I have a few old phones up in the junk drawer somewhere. I'm sure I can find a dial-up service somewhere if I need to provide my own service.
I realize if this is possible, speeds will be slow and I would be roaming.

We hope you enjoy your trip. We don't have a way to provide dial up service, although you can find all our different international plans by using this link to our International Trip Planner: https://www.verizon.com/plans/international/international-travel/trip-planner-tool/

Thanks Jesse. I expected that, even though I was hoping otherwise.
