Hi. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon a few weeks back. Unfortunately, ever since I can no longer receive verification code texts-at all! I use many things which require verification code texts to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. What exactly do I need to do to my phone so I can receive those particular texts?! Is it through my iPhone or Verizon. I NEVER had an issue with receiving codes when I was with T-Mobile.

This has been going on well over a year now. I receive verification codes albeit weeks or months after requesting them. Couple of days ago I got three messages that VZW tech support sent me while troubleshooting the problem back in July of 2020. So far my device has been replaced five(5) times, my sim card has been replaced nine(9) times and they have changed my phone number four(4) times. Still have the same problem. I would switch carriers but in my area it's Verizon or nothing.

I know how important the verification codes are. Did you bring your own device or did you get a new one with us? Did you port your number in?
