Verizon *611 OnPhone & OnLine Customer Service, Going on WEEKS OF THIS

SO Many people have the same problems with Verizon OnPhone and OnLine Customer Service, a lot of bait and switch, 

SO this is what I replied to the latest new customer service rep who literally had the nerve to ask me 'if I was contacting them about ordering a phone' I already know that customer service reps have access and can see the whole file, incl the screen shots of their own colleagues telling me to "(you can ) go to pick up  free iPhone 14 for (your)  prepaid plan at any Verizon Corp Store' I even double back and reconfirm that's accurate that it's no charge, its for prepaid, and that I can pick up at any store 

so pretending as this one is doing today that she doesn't have that info, and asking me to start the process all over again ...

so to that question from her, this was my reply: 

 

"Verizon Customer Service Needs to follow up with me as they said they would by phone during hours and days, M-F, 11a - 6p as we decided. They need to honor the 'Free iPhone 14 for PrePaid Plan  that they told me I was entitled to and that I could go pick up (I have screen shots). 

And, WHY  are you asking me to repeat myself AGAIN ?!? "
