Verizon Apple Music subscription tied to old Apple ID, how do I change it?

when I initially signed up for the service everything worked great. But since then i changed my main icloud account and canceled the subscription. I tried to activated it again and noticed the service was still tied to my old apple ID. is there any way to fix this issue?

This is what Im trying to fix. No one at Verizon can help. Apple says its a Verizon issue.
