Verizon Backorder has just disappeared???

Hello! I'd placed an order on October 1st to upgrade my iphone 13 pro to the new 17 pro. I went ahead and placed an upgrade order, which went through. I received an email with a confirmation & order number.

I didn't notice before I ordered that the phone was on backorder, which was definitely no big deal. I don't mind waiting at all. However, the issues started coming in after. I was trying to look in on my order status on the app, but the order just does not seem to exist at all on my account. Up until today, I was at least able to see a .PDF of the invoice from October 1st in my account, but this too is gone. 

Has my order been cancelled? The Verizon support AI nightmare wasn't helpful at all - it just kept telling me that there had been no recent orders. 

Any help would be super appreciated, thank you!
