Recently my call filter app want let me use it. I do know there is a recent update and now I am stuck getting a splash screen saying "You're not connected to the Verizon network."
so if anyone has an idea of how to get my paid service working again I would appreciate it cause these telemarketers etc. are on there hustle. I have tried restarting the phone, resetting network settings and uninstalling and reinstalling as well.

AJ102, we want to make sure you're able to use your Call Filter without any issues. Based on recent comments, it sounds like being on iOS Beta can be a common reason for this issue? Are you part of the Apple Beta Software Program? If so, please try downgrading to the approved latest software. Here's how you can do so: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108763

Let's figure out what's going on with your app. It definitely sounds like you've tried some troubleshooting already which is great! Just to be sure, are you having any problems with any other apps or your calls, data, or texts?
You can find some more troubleshooting that will help here as well: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just select your device, click troubleshooting, and select an issue. I recommend "Application hands or freezes".

I’m having same issue. Physical sim. Could this be related to IOS 18 (I’m a beta user)?

We know the importance of having reliable service, especially when it comes to your features. Verizon is here to help.
When did the problem start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem? Aside from the Call Filter, any other issues?

Same issue. Cannot use call filter app after updating to iOS 18 beta. Says I’m not connected to Verizon network even though I am. Reboots and reinstalling app do not help. Obviously iOS 18 must change the way the phone identifies cellular network to apps.

It doesn’t work with 18 beta 2 or 3. However I looked on the developer software documentation and the token sent by the carrier to indicate you are on the network has not changed, Verizon is just not sending it yet.

I am having the same issue. Have spent several hours in a chat with Verizon but a solution was never provided. I am an iOS 18 beta tester. Of all of the apps that I have on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (and I do have quite a lot) Verizon’s Call Filter is the only app that I have encountered issues with. That being the case, Verizon’s developers need to provide a solution, and not be telling customers that they need to downgrade.

Agreed. I’ll remove the feature before rolling back my OS.
