If you get a new phone don't do it online because there's always an issue. So I added a kids line and the phone was supposed to be free and now I see that they are trying to charge me $14.99 for an iPhone 7 with 32GB of internal memory. Terrible business practices.

That offer says 24 months of bill credits which means you get charged and given a credit to offset.

Why didn't you actually read the deal on the sales page, which tells you how free phones work.  
It's only free if I complete the full 24 months, because that's how Verizon makes it's profit - off service.   It's called "the catch", as in "what's the catch?"
