Verizon took off my $50 nursing discount after I called multiple times to try and update my proof that I was still a nurse. . I had trouble with my idme account and they would not take off the $50 charge until the following month . My profession never changed and neither should my discount . First time I was disappointed by Verizon. My bill increased after multiple calls were made.
