I have been very patient with Verizon on my Trade-In which was submitted and completed in Feb. of 2021. We are now in September 2021 with NOTHING but empty promises that Verizon says: “Don't worry, takes a few weeks and I promise you will get paid”.
I am now convinced that verizon promises the trade-in to get you to buy a phone and then doesn't honor it.
I am really out of options and am considering wanting to turn my new phone back in for a refund i know I will never get.
Currently working on filing BBB case. Hopefully that works.
