Hello Verizon Community,

I recently moved from T mobile to Verizon after 7 years of service with them. The new place i live ,T-mobile didn't have a good service on my area and Verizon has better reception.  I moved 9 lines and also sign up for the Fios Gigabit home internet.  One of my family member got the New iPhone 15 Pro MAX and we did the trade in for iPhone 8 Plus 64GB Gold (A1864) for $830 credit. Verizon send me the trade in package and prepaid UPS shipping label. The trade in submission ID is 236272098722995. I shipped the device on  Oct 21st and the tracking is 1ZF9X6710611615618. The tracking show it was delivered of on the Oct 27 at 10:41 AM.

Few weeks ago i received an email from Verizon and its says they never received the trade-in device  and i will not get my trade in credit, The added the 2 months of credit charge back in my this month bill. I have call the support 4-5 times in last couple weeks and they looked their system and it shows device received by the warehouse but no one knows where the device is. Now they putting a ticket for promo correction and it make takes 2-3 months. I am thinking to file a complaint in the Attorney general office and cancel the Wireless and Fios account. Verizon doesn't deserve my business.

Any Suggestions....

Funny how you say that it’s not the experience you would want for this customer but I have had a similar experience and my service has been cancelled on top of it all
