I am having a problem with the Promotional Credit. 2/19/23 I traded in my 11 Pro Max for a 14 Pro Max towards $800 promotional credit. One email stated 22.22 over 36 mos and another stated 33.33 over 24 mos. Verizon provided a box and a label to return my old phone which I returned and kept the tracking # from UPS. I confirmed the phone with delivered but Verizon states it was lost in the warehouse (not my problem) but that is the reason why Verizon reneged on the contract. I have made numerous call spoke to several supervisors who claim they want to help and promise to call back or to wait a billing cycle to see the credit. As of today 11/17/23 I am still going at it with Verizon.
