I recently spoke with a verizon wireless rep who assured me my mother's line on my contract had expired but when she cancelled her line we got hit with a $300 early termination fee!! I've called and spoke with another rep who was lovely and tried to help but she said there was nothing she could do. Has anyone run into the same problem? How did you resolve the issue?
Did any of the lines on your account get upgraded in the month prior to your cancelling of your mother's line? Was it definitely a ETF as opposed to a Device Payment balance?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
