New iPhone 4 user here. Received message on phone from Verizon advising unable to deliver an email to an old email address I no longer use. Requested me to sign in to My Verizon to update email address. I went to My Verizon but can't find any way to add my new address. Can anyone help?
You can call *611 to correct email address. Or I think online it's somewhere about alerts like for paying your bill ext you can change email.
When you sign in, click on View Profile, the blue link in the upper right. Then you will see an option to change your e-mail address.
