I am so very disappointed in every level of my Verizon service so far. I brought my 80 year old mother to the Verizon store to get her a new phone, and updated mine as well. We were there from 3:00 in the afternoon until 8:00 at night when I needed to leave. Our phones were not active as we left. We were told to use our own wifi, and it worked for my mother. Why should that have to be? I then still did not have a working phone u til I had to return the next day. Then someone helped me. But I found out that I was receiving no deal on the new phones because I didnโt get the right ones. I had no idea I didnโt have the right phones but apparently I was given iPhone 14s and that was not the deal. Iโm now stuck with bills I should not have.. I ran the old phones to the store and they told me I didnโt qualify. I also set up my teacher discount and the home account, but that information was lost, so I downed two more hours on the phone with the customer service department, only to find that his information was not applied to my account.
Then my daughter who is also on my plan but doesnโt live near me had extremely difficult time getting her new ##iPhone 15 activated. Just happened today and Iโm waiting to see what will happen. Am I going to get a bill for that phone even though she has the correct one? They didnโt take her old one! Never mentioned she had to. I told her she to give it to them. Again, zero trust in this company.
