My Iphone is broken and im trying to access my verizon account to see what i can do about it but its asking for 2FA that goes to my phone, and i cannot verify it.
I have a watch that is cellular connected, but it wont let me verify through it.
Having a broken device is never a fun experience, Jawknee5. I know how frustrated I would be if I couldn't acces my account due to 2FA and a broken device. We're happy to see what options we can help with here. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
