For over 2 months telephone calls have dropped & broken up from my home via wifi, unrelated to time of day. No other service is affected. At least five hard working Verizon technicians have been unable to fix. The techs will not connect me with someone who has decisionmaking authority. I don't want more troubleshooting with no fix. One tech said if a factory reset doesn't fix it Verizon may provide a replacement phone under my insurance policy. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone suggest how to get Verizon to take notice and fix this?
