I'm trying to restore my cloud info to my new iPhone but it keeps stopping and I have to start over. I'm connected to wifi.

I'd love to take afurther look into the cloud concerns you're running into! What happen when the application stops? Is there any type of error message? How much space is available on the iPhone? You may check via Settings > General > About
