Verizon fraud department

Somehow Verizon fraud department is unable to clear what they believe is “fraud” aka me attempting to re purchase a phone and plan after I canceled it the same day. I contacted and wasted hours. Was told hilariously btw that they cannot help me and that from now on I can keep my internet service yet I will never be able to purchase a phone or plan and that there’s no solution 😂. What kind of company does this or allows this?
