Verizon has so much power to lock anyone's phone without permission!

A few months ago, I bought a mobile phone with full payment,  at the beginning, everything was normal, but one day, my phone had no signal, I consulted the dealer, and the dealer asked me to ask Apple for help, so I went to consult Apple customer service again, and then Apple customer service told me that my phone was locked by the carrier (Verizon)! They don't have any way to help me, only Verizon can help me unlock my phone ,and they  told me consult Verizon. But I've never been a Verizon customer, and I haven't signed up for a Verizon account, and I don't understand why Verizon was able to lock my phone. then I called Verizon's customer service number several times, but they didn't seem to want to help me, just pushed me to customer service one after another! And ask me for Verizon account information! However, I told them many times that I was not their client. Things seem to be coming full circle! I said I could provide my proof of purchase, but the agent didn't seem to want to solve my problem, just repeated the phrase "please provide your Verizon account and line number" over and over again, and they even recommended me their plan! Instead of going to solve my problem! There are also a few customer service agents who told me that my phone has been unlocked, or that they have submitted an unlock request for me, and asked me to wait for 48 hours, of course, the end result is that all the customer service has cheated on me! It's unbelievable that such a large company should have such unprofessional customer service, not trying to help customers solve problems, but trying to deceive customers! I don't have any hope for my phone unlock, I'm just amazed that Verizon has so much power to lock anyone's phone without permission!

I just wanted to vent and express my anger. Also, friendly reminder: if you can, dont  choose Verizon, otherwise Verizon will show you how bad the customer service they have! Of course, maybe by the time you read this message, you have already enjoyed Verizon's terrible service, and I hope you can enjoy it, hhhhhhhhh
