For the past two months, there have numerous problems with the cell phone line I have had for 20 years. This is not phone related as I sent one phone back and upgraded after that to the Iphone Pro Max. 10+ interactions with customer support has resulted in not fixing a problem where all calls go straight to voicemail.
Now, after several calls failed, I contacted support again last night. The result is a phone with absolutely no service since yesterday. This is after 25+ hours of working with support over the past two months to fix the issues.
