Verizon towers poor signal

On a service call with Verizon where a ticket was entered to check area signal and Verizon admitted to changing the hubs for the towers near our town about 3-4 weeks ago, the exact time our phones & devices slowed down to .75 speeds? They say towers are fine but the change affected multiple users in our area & Verizon will not correct the problem?
